Bookings - Rates and Packages

Summer Rate  16 October - 30 April

The nightly rate is $250 per night first couple,

Plus $40 per additional guest per night (includes children occupying our beds).

Please note there is a mimimum two night stay over weekends.

Winter Rate - 1 May - 15 October 

The nightly rate is $180 per night first couple,

Plus $40 per additional guest per night (includes children occupying our beds).

To secure your booking we require a minimum of one nights accommodation paid within 7 days of making the booking.  For longer stays we require a 50% deposit paid within 7 days of making the booking.

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards.

The tarrif quoted includes 12.5% Goods and Service Tax

Guthrie Cottage Cancellation Policy

Please note deposits are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to your stay should you need to cancel.  Cancellations of less than 4 weeks notice are non refundable unless your booking is able to be replaced.
