Please note that our cottage is in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties.
We ask that you please restrict outside noise to 9pm in consideration of our neighbours
Rates
High Season from : Labour weekend to Easter weekend
$360.00 per night for first couple then $50 per person extra after the first couple.
This also includes Queens birthday and Anzac weekends.
Low Season from : After Easter weekend to before Labour weekend
$340.00 per night for first couple then $50 per person extra after the first couple.

Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings.
Ask about our long term rates. Guthrie Cottage is the perfect place if you are relocating to Wellington and need temporary accommodation which is fully self-contained and includes all utilities and broadband.

Booking Terms and Conditions for bookings outside of Airbnb, HomeAway or Holiday Houses:

A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required within 3 days of making the booking. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Deposits are refundable up to 5 weeks prior to your stay should you need to cancel. Cancellations within 4 weeks are non-refundable unless your booking can to be replaced. Cancellation insurance is advised.
You will need to provide contact details and a copy of your driver' licence for identity purposes.
